The Parts and Service Departments at Bob Brown Preowned on Hubbell have relocated to our Bob Brown Buick-Pontiac-GMC location in Ankeny. You will receive the same great service with extended hours at our new facility, including Saturday.

The title of World Class Technician is the highest honor presented by General Motors to a technician. In order to achieve this level a technician must be 100% trained in all eight training categories and then go to a General Motors training facility and perform a series of timed diagnostic procedures to prove their abilities to a certified General Motors training instructor, again, in all eight categories.
As of December 2007 there are 1291 World Class Technicians worldwide with 30 of those being from the state of Iowa. Of those 30, Bob Brown Auto is proud to employ 10 of them.
